Heute steht der Süden auf dem Programm. Schon die Anfahrt bringt mich um. Wegen irgendeiner Sportveranstaltung sind diverse Straßen gesperrt. Mein Navi kennt sich nicht aus und eine gute Karte hab ich auch nicht. Im letzten Anlauf klappt es dann doch und meine Hartnäckigkeit wird belohnt. Angefangen im Südosten von Fermain Bay

über Moulin Huet Bay und Saints Bay bis Icartpoint.

Viel zu sagen brauch ich nicht, oder? 😉

Auf dem Heimweg nehme ich noch die kleine Kapelle mit. Und wie man sieht, ist sie leider mehr Baustelle als Kapelle.

Macht nichts, ich hab immer noch Netzhautflimmern vom Küstenpfad.

The South

The south is on my programme for today. Just getting there is killing me. Because of any sport event many roads are closed. My satnav doesn’t know Guernsey and I don’t have a good map either. It works with my last try and my persistance is rewarded. Starting in the south west from Fermain Bay

over Moulin Huet and Saints Bay

to Icartpoint.

I guess I don’t have to say anything, haven’t I?

On my way home I stop at the Little Chapel, which is unfortunately more under construction than chapel. Doesn’t matter. My retina is still fllickering from the coast path.
