Ich wache bei schönstem Wetter auf und habe nur eine Stunde Autofahrt vor mir zum Punkt vier meiner Aufholliste. Chesil Beach, UNESCO Weltkulturerbe und ich glaube fast einzigartig in seiner Form. Es ist eine 20 km lange, aus Kieselsteinen bestehende Küstenformation, die die Küste und die dahinterliegende Lagune schützt. Also vom Meer aus gesehen: Meer, Chesil Beach, Lagune, Küste. Und damit ihr auch ein Bild davon habt, bin ich extra einen Berg hochgestiegen.

Der Campingplatz liegt ziemlich in der Mitte von Chesil Beach und wieder einmal kann ich das Meer aus meinem Bett sehen. Er hat auch eine Bar, also ist heute mein Ausgehabend. Ich treffe Marc aus… Ihr glaubt es nicht… Bispingen. Er ist mit dem Motorrad unterwegs und wir quatschen bis man uns höflich vor die Tür setzt. Sehr schöner Tag. Geht doch!

There we go!

I wake up in a sunny weather and there is just one hour drive to item four on my catch up list. Chesil Beach, UNESCO World Cultural Heritage and I guess unique in it’s form. It is a 20km long coastel formation of pebbles, which protects the coast and lagoon behind it. So seen from the sea: sea, Chesil Beach, lagoon, coast. And so that you have an image, I climbed a hill.

The campsite is quite in the middle of Chesil Beach and once more I can see the sea from my bed. It also has a pub, so today is my outgoing day. I meet Marc from … You won’t believe… Bispingen! (which ist just 100km far away from my hometown) He travels on his motorbike and we talk the whole night till they ask us politely to leave. Very nice day. There we go!
