Jedes Land hat offensichtlich eine Aufgabe für mich. So auch Irland. Ich bin jetzt wieder komplett, denn ich habe mein Herz von der Insel zurückgeholt.

Der Gedanke, dass meine Reise hier zu Ende sein könnte und nur noch der Heimweg vor mir liegt, war gar nicht vorstellbar. Auch dass ich zusammengerechnet vielleicht an 10 Tagen Shorts getragen habe, hätte ich nie erwartet. Umso dankbarer bin ich, dass es jetzt doch noch in den Süden geht. Und ich habe beschlossen, über die Kanalinseln zu fahren. Die hatte ich immer für meine Hochzeitsreise aufgehoben, aber ich hebe nichts mehr auf. Nicht mal das.

5 month later… Result no. 5

Obviously every country has a special task for me. So does Ireland. I am entire again, because I retrieved my heart from the island.

The thought, my journey could be over now and just the way home in front of me, was totally incredible. And counted all together I might have worn shorts on 10 days, which I have never expected. The more grateful I am, I can go to the south yet.

And I decided to stop on the Channel Islands. I always kept them for my honeymoon, but I don’t keep anything. Not even that.
