Speyer lohnt sich auf jeden Fall für ein Wochenende. Der Dom von innen:

Mittags musste ich nach vielen Jahren meine erste Enttäuschung mit der Deutschen Bahn einstecken. Haben die meinen Zug umgeleitet. Kommentarlos!!! Saß ich schön ohne jede Information zweieinhalb Stunden am Bahngleis rum.

Es hat aber einem weiteren wunderschönen Abend bei Thomas und Alex keinen Abbruch getan. Alex hat ganz leckeres Knoblauchhähnchen gemacht, das wir mit Rotwein begossen und einer Traumeiscreation finalisiert haben.

Heute morgen nach dem Frühstück war erstmal Rad putzen angesagt.

Ich fahre heute noch nach Kehl am Rhein und morgen geht es bei prognostiziertem knallblauen Himmel nach Straßburg.

Back to my bus

Speyer is good enough for a weekend. The cathedral from inside.

Hello Deutsche Bahn, can you hear me? It wasn’t really nice to let my train pass without letting us passengers know. We sat there for more than two hours like idiots.

But at the end it couldn’t ruin my day. It really made me happy to come back to Thomas, Alex and kids. He had another great night. Alex made a garlic chicken and we put a lot of red wine and a crazy icecream on top of it.

Right after breakfast this morning I cleaned my bike. Later I’ll travel to Kehl am Rhein and tomorrow to Strasbourg. Blue sky is forecasted!
