Auch heute Morgen braucht das Wetter etwas Anlauf. Ich frage mich, wo die anderen von Norman’s Bay inzwischen sind, denn durch meine Entscheidung, hier drei Nächte zu bleiben, habe ich den Anschluss an die deutsche Herde „Englands Südküste“ natürlich verloren.

Ich warte bis Mittag und dann mache ich mich auf die vom Campingplatz empfohlene Wanderung.

Echt schön. Und die Wolken verschwinden mit jedem Schritt mehr.

Allerdings sind sie am Ende des Ausflugs auch alle wieder da. Egal, lese ich mein Buch zu Ende.

Abends wollte ich mir das erste DVD-gucken meiner Reise gönnen. Es gibt hier in jedem größeren Ort sogenannte cancer research UK shops, in denen gebrauchte Sachen verkauft werden und der Erlös an die Krebsforschung geht. Ich muss da immer rein, weil es wie Flohmarkt ist. Tolle Idee übrigens. Ja und da habe ich mir zwei DVDs gekauft. Irgendwann geht es ganz ohne Glotze eben doch noch nicht. Immerhin sind sie leichter als Bücher und einen guten Zweck erfüllt es auch noch. Wenn mein Laptop mitgespielt hätte, hätte es sogar geklappt! Anstatt dessen halte ich noch einen Schwätzchen mit meinem Nachbarn und gehe früh schlafen.

Gregarious animals

Today the weather needs a little attempt again. I am asking myself where the others from Norman’s bay already are. Because after I decided to stay here for three days I lost the german flock travelling along Englands southcoast. I am going to meet new when I go back to the coast.

I wait til midday and then I do the hiking tour which was recommended by the campsite.

Really nice. And the clouds disappear with every single step.

However there all back at the end of the walk. Doesn’t matter. So I can finish my book.

In the evening I wanted to watch the first DVD on my journey. In every bigger town there are cancer research UK shops, where used things are sold and the money will be donated. Everywhere I see one, I must go in, because the are like a fleamarket. Great idea by the way! So I bought two DVDs. At some stage life doesn’t work without telly. At least they are lighter than books and do charity at the same time. And if my laptop would have worked, it would have been fine. I talk to my neighbour instead and go to bed early.
