Wenn ich richtig aufgepasst habe, verlasse ich das Allgäu, indem ich den Lech überquere. Somit werde ich es morgen Richtung Oberbayern verlassen, denn „mein“ Häuschen ist weiter vermietet. Herrlich wars! Heute hat mir das Wetter noch ein Abschiedsgeschenk gemacht. Füssen:

Dann bin ich weiter nach Pfronten. Da sollte laut Reiseführer eine Steinkugelmühle sein. Auf die war ich sehr gespannt, weil ich mir unbedingt eine schöne Steinmurmel als Andenken an die tollen Erlebnisse hier mitnehmen wollte. Und da sollte man auch Bogenschießen können, was ich ausprobieren wollte, wenn das ohne Anmeldung ginge. Was soll ich sagen? Alles geschlossen. Sogar der Laden im Ort. Ab Pfingsten geöffnet… Aber über zu wenig Touristen beschweren… Louisa würde sagen „Merkste selbst, ne?“ 🙂 Pfronten ist übrigens genauso tot wie die Steinkugelmühle.

Auf dem Heimweg hab ich noch einen Abstecher nach Hopfen am See gemacht. Schöner Ausblick, aber Reich & Schön sitzen mit Botox & Champus an der Promenade. Muss man wollen 😉

Bye-bye Allgäu!

If I got it right, I will leave the Allgäu by crossing the river Lech. The next region I’ll go to is called upper Bavaria. My little cottage is rented further, so I have to leave. My stay here was absolutely beautiyful. Today, the weather gave me a farewell gift. (Pictures of Füssen):

After Füssen I went to Pfronten. A stone ball mill was recommended in the travelguide. I was very excited, because I wanted to buy a beautiful stone marble as a souvenir to remember the great experiences I made here. And there was also recommended archery, what I wanted to try, if that would be possible without an appointment. What can I say? Everything was closed. Even the shop in the village. Open from end of may… But complaining about not enough tourists… My niece Louisa would say something like „Can you see the mistake?“ 🙂  Pfronten is by the way just as dead as the stone ball mill.

On the way home, I took a detour to Hop on the Lake. Beautiful view, but Rich & Beautiful sit with Botox & Champagne on the promenade. I guess that’s not for everybody 😉
